Born and raised in an environment rich in gastronomic stimuli, Michele breathed cuisine from an early age, observing with admiration the work of his mother, a talented chef, and his family, guardians of a long culinary tradition. After years of training and experience in the best restaurants, his talent led him to work alongside great chefs, perfecting his technique and refining a culinary philosophy that combines respect for raw ingredients and creativity.
His encounter with gourmet cuisine and his experience abroad marked his evolution: each dish becomes a perfect balance between authenticity, innovation and research.
Since 2002, he has been leading the kitchens of Rovello 18 with passion and determination, carrying on a legacy that dates back to 1950. Today, his cuisine is an invitation to a sensory journey, where respect for tradition meets experimentation to create unique gastronomic experiences.

Having grown up in the kitchen of his family’s restaurant, Michele De Liguoro chose to devote himself wholeheartedly to traditional cuisine, without frills but with an absolute focus on quality. Young but already with consolidated experience, he leads the kitchen with discipline and passion, focusing on authentic flavours and excellent ingredients. His philosophy? To bring dishes to the table that tell stories, evoke memories and celebrate the simplicity of great Italian cuisine. From peppers with tuna sauce to tagliatelle with Bra sausage ragù, each creation is a tribute to tradition, with the distinctive touch of a chef.
