It all began with great-grandfather Pierino, who earned a Michelin star in 1950 with his simple, local cuisine. The passion continued with grandmother Patrizia, a master in selecting ingredients and the art of hospitality, and with her daughter Cinzia, who transformed the family experience into a successful restaurant in 1988.
In 2002, Cinzia and her partner Gualtiero, a wine expert, opened Rovello 18: a place where refined cuisine meets an excellent wine cellar. Today, the baton has been passed to Michele, Cinzia’s son, who, after gaining international experience, now runs the historic trattoria with passion and creativity.
Rovello 18 stands out for the quality of its products, its rich selection of wines and dishes capable of winning over the most demanding palates, continuing a family tradition of commitment and love for cooking.
